On your contact us page, you should include all of your contact information. Email addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, and a contact form should all be included. When someone submits the form, their information will be stored in a database for you to view in the content management system at anytime, as well as emailed to you and an auto responder message sent to the person who fills out the form.
